For those wondering where that is:
1314 Fischer Hallman Road, Kitchener
That's south of Bleams.

Those residential blocks will have a good view (for those facing south) of Huron Natural Area, and its Sunfish Pond in particular.

I'm surprised they aren't planning on adding roundabouts at the entryways. FH is getting at least 2 more in the area over the coming years.

Checkout those setbacks from Fisher-Hallman/Bleams. What kind of freeway interchange are they expecting to build?

FH and Bleams is being converted to a roundabout in the next few years, so some land will be set aside for that.

"Tower in the park".

So that's why the corner facing the intersection is vacant...

The property next to Dallas is getting further along in its finishes. There's a stone oven in the back with the words "La Cucina" on it.

Has anyone been to Wilhelm's yet? Seems they got their liquor license and are now fully open. Hoping to check this place out when I'm back in Dec.

The Berlin gets new chef as Gushue leaves for Newfoundland.

This is surprising news.  I thought Gushue was planning to open a pizza place at Catalyst 137.  On the upside, I've always wanted to stay at the Fogo Island Inn.  But I think I'll have to set up an account with GoFundMe first.

"Ignite Restaurant Group, owner of The Berlin, says it remains on track to open a restaurant, café, microbrewery and retail market in the Catalyst 137 Technology Hub, early next year in the Belmont Village area of Kitchener."
