The glazing is much further along than at 1 Victoria. But the construction techniques are different on the two buildings, too.

I've been really impressed at the speed at which this has been enclosed. Much faster than One Victoria it seems, although I'm assuming they're just focusing their energy elsewhere.

I walked by today and more girders were up where the Mayfair used to be, so the street front facing King should be taking shape over the next few weeks.

I think the crane is coming down, yesterday evening they were setting up a big mobile crane.
