Yes, that's along the Gaukel St side. From the main entrance back to Halls Lane. Drywall just went up in that space this week.
Due to Gaukel being pedestrianized Momentum is doing an enhanced landscaping plan along that side, so it will be different from the renders. I don't know what it will look like though, they're just getting to that now.

It's complete. March 21 was the last set of occupancies, and even the amenities are done as of a couple weeks ago.

I guess now they can re-open gaukel street? Maybe they could sanction that stretch of gaukel for a tent city.

New store on the Charles St side, seems like a European deli! No signage, but they seem all stocked, and there are hours in the window, so I assume they're open?
