I don't really see why they're publishing yet another article on this since it doesn't have any new details. They didn't make any mention of the 5th tower, which is the 44 floor one being built with the office, and omitted a few more details about public spaces they're building.

10 office + 34 residential I believe. There was a recent post that it gives a total height of ~160m (office floors are taller), so that's about as tall as a 50 floor residential-only project. Charlie West is only 106m for comparison.

10 floors office is still significant. Sounds like the core is still anticipating a further boom in business expansion.
