Keep it up so they can disassemble the building.

I didn't think it was possible for this area to get progressively worse, but this building is hideous.

At least some nearby buildings look like they tried.

Neither are beautiful, but I'll take this over the stained concrete slabs on King St any day of the week.

Maybe this is why all of our councilors are retiring, they took a drive through Northdale and couldn't believe what they had created.

I can second this. I shudder every time I drive into the university.

Now, if the streetscape were able to accommodate some trees out front, that might have softened the street-level interaction.

Has anyone been in Waterloo Park and seen this monstrosity? It's is easily one of the most hideous residential tower facades in the region. And it is visible from almost anywhere in the park. AGHHH Waterloo what are you doing!

On the other hand DTK doesn’t look too bad from Victoria park. Only the podium is terrible.

This and "K2" or whatever its called at King and Ezra area both put up some impressively ugly facades facing Uptown. If it wasn't such a stain on the skyline it would be almost be poetic having their backsides facing city hall.

Totally agree. K2 has a 20-something storey blank wall facing Uptown. Thankfully now it's partly covered by that other building on King Street (128 King? idk)
