There are purchasers who will receive occupancy as early as Dec. 10th. The top few floors are a bit later.

Cladding going on now.  This is definitely progressing faster than 1 Victoria.

Agreed. One Vic seems to have slowed down a fair bit, at least on the exterior.

HVAC units being unloaded off a truck today.

Step by step ...

I was a bit surprised at first to see the beige and brown brickwork going up on the tower, as it seemed an odd choice with the grey tones of the rest of the structure, but it's actually looking pretty good. And great to see that they are using brick rather than stucco!

Balcony glass is about half done and it makes it look even better!

The big sign is gone, too, and the external construction elevator is gone. It's looking more and more finished.

Just yesterday, I was looking at it from Victoria Park, and realized that from that angle, it looks "done"!

Has anyone here purchased? Been given a move in date?

RE: City Centre Condominiums | 67 , 46 m | 17 fl, 12 fl | U/C - tomh009 - 11-30-2015

It's looking great, although our office tinted glass really messes up the colours.

I have to say, this is turning out much better than I had expected.

That last photo gives the building a bluer hue than it has in reality.

Absolutely. I spent a few minutes trying to correct it but gave up on it. Sad

Hmmmm ... it's dark now but I think the colours here are better.
