It's amazing how slow this developer works. Every project Auburn is involved in moves at a glacial pace. I'll have grey hair by the time this thing is finished haha.

The joy of deep pockets and a reliance on specific crews for their projects.

I'll be retired before this thing is done....and I still have a lot of years to go.

They spent several months digging holes and finding more concrete and other debris. They finished doing that about a month ago.

Those appear to be all from 2019. Are there updated documents available?

Sounds as exciting as a root canal. I imagine when I retire the first units will be coming online. Good times. God Bless Auburn Development, and may God Bless the United States of America.

What's in phase 1? The dates in the package are all pre-pandemic, but I suppose we could add three years to those?

There were a ton of precast walls (some with window and door cutouts) on site last night. Are those for something? Not like there's anywhere to place them for this development right now...

RE: The Metz (Schneiders site redevelopment) - Rainrider22 - 03-10-2022

Probably for the Bright Building. That is all precast

I'm not aware of any connection between Auburn and HIP, is there one? Otherwise it seems unlikely to be storing material for a different developer.
