Neat, thanks for that. Hope that roof top restaurant becomes a lively lunch and after work hangout/patio lounge for downtown, the likes of which can be found in downtown Toronto.

'Fritted' glass, any examples of these used elsewhere? That's interesting - will either look really cool or really tacky :p.

Not the effect that the Mayfair project is looking for, but fritted glass is definitely being used elsewhere, too:

Same. I can't remember the last time I bought something downtown that was not edible. Yet downtown Kitchener is just not a place you go to shop for anything but food, which is a real shame. But it's hard to attract interesting retailers to a downtown in a mid sized city.
