There is a 2BR for rent at 144 Park:

I'm hoping to move by the beginning of September. Unit wise probably a 1-2 bedroom, around $1700. That 2BR is a bit out of my price range, and according to the agent at condo culture:

Quote:our landlord clients won't consider this either as the logistics of getting the condo board involved would require too much work

So I'm hoping to be able to speak to a landlord directly instead of going through another agency. Hopefully someone will be okay with it if I pay most, if not all of the fees involved with the installation. I don't personally why they wouldn't agree as it would add value to their property, but seems like that might just be me.

Especially at 144 Park, where the infrastructure is already in place, it should be easy.

Exactly! I'm hoping that a unit pops up soon since that seems to be my best option.

I am looking into this for my building as well. I located a guide that focuses on hurdles for the Condominium Act of Ontario. The website has a lot of resources as well.

I know they allow the installation at the Seagram Lofts (with permission from the board of course), as just before we moved out a tenant installed a Tesla charger in their garage.
