It looks pretty complete on the outside, but I do believe there is still interior work going on. At least early this week, no one had moved in yet.

Didn't they tear down a couple buildings at the Tannery?

Indeed they did - four buildings came down to make way for parking lots. Fortunately the hide house and the smokestack were saved.

The WR_Record article was not clear about where Dr. Johnston will be working?
Is he going to be located here in the Deloitte offices in Kitchener or elsewhere? Ottawa? Toronto?
Governor-General Johnston has always been a future person going back to his days as Principal of McGill, he is an amazing asset for Deloitte.

While David Johnston was running the university, Dr. Sharon Johnston was running a horse farm, Chatterbox Farm, in Heidelberg. They must have sold it when they got the call to move back to Ottawa, so they probably aren't moving back to the farm. But who knows...
