Excellent news!

This is exciting. As much as there's not much hype surrounding this compared to some others, its so important given the location.

I find it so odd they haven't sold enough yet.

I didn't think they had done a sales kick-off event yet?

RE: City Centre/Young Condominiums | 67 & 46 m | 17 & 12 fl | U/C - Lens - 05-18-2019

I've heard that 140 King West residents are to be out by the end of the month for an early june demo

Is 140 King W the scuzzy place with the convenience store? I hadn’t realized it was slated to come down. Good news.

There has been a lot of radio advertising for this development recently on Chym, ahead of the big sales event.

It'll be telling how well their sales event goes

RE: City Centre/Young Condominiums | 67 & 46 m | 17 & 12 fl | U/C - panamaniac - 05-28-2019

So, is this the launch of sales or something else?

RE: City Centre/Young Condominiums | 67 & 46 m | 17 & 12 fl | U/C - Spokes - 05-28-2019

My understanding is sales launch

Here's a thread on skyscraperpage about this project from 12 years ago.

Interesting quote from the thread, " In Andrin's proposal it says they should begin construction in the Fall [of 2008] "
