those were posted recently but they are already putting the walls up on the concrete pour that they are doing in the pictures.

So are the modular concrete walls wrapped in green plastic or something similar? Or are they not concrete?

the modular walls aren't concrete they are metal. the concrete ones are made on site and are around the elevators and at the two ends just to add some support ( they aren't entirely for the length of te end walls).

Metal! Clearly the modules aren't framing only, they also have some kind of cladding. Is that also metal cladding? Where can I find more info about this type of modular construction?

It's a steel stud wall with a fiberglass sheeting. For starters check out the website of this contractor and then do a few google searches: https://www.magest.com/wall-panels

yesterday they started the fourth floor. it has been going up a lot quicker know that winter is gone along with the cold weather.

Wow.....DTK is really coming along -- thought I'd never see this type of evolution in the DT core.
There are still a few sh*tholes to get rid of, hopefully this will happen sooner than later.
