As predicted, the paint is already peeling off. If you're ever at Frederick Station, look at the top. You can see a lot of the red brick now that the ugly grey paint is chipping away. I knew that would happen. What a waste and destruction of an old building.

When they painted the building grey they painted around the sign that was in the Frederick side, but they've since removed the sign. So yes you see a lot of the red brick, but it's from laziness not peeling paint. Not that that redeems the awful grey paint, but just to clarify.

However, apparently this building is getting converted to residential. The posts got put in the general Kitchener thread, perhaps a mod can move them?
